    清早又烤面包

      周日又早起,只为烤面包。一般我是头一天晚上准备好,用面包机的定时烤功能,次日早晨享用新鲜的面包。而这一个recipe从来没试过,怕配料不合适,定时烤不成功,白搭功夫还糟蹋了粮食,多沮丧!(是有教训的哦)
        烤上面包,就去电脑上看下载的“央视内部晚会”。其实是中央电视台新闻评论部的晚会,有些熟人熟脸,人家叫互动晚会,大家在一起乐一乐,幽领导一默,也幽自己一默。“演员们”虽然表演水平不高,但绝不是傻乐。值得一提的是,晚会的组织和创意堪称一流,有看头,有看头哇。我一边看一边“咯咯”地笑,中间到卧室一趟,老徐还睡着,嘟囔一声:“傻笑什么呢。” 嘿嘿
        面包烤得还不错,第一次用酸奶代替水,面包心软软的。面粉多了一点,却烤得紧实,口感有点像馒头,比馒头可有味道哩。
    recipe在这:
     
      Vanilla yogurt raisins bread
     
      Amount Measure   Ingredient
      1            cup      vanilla flavored yogurt
      3        tablespoons vanilla extract(这个不好买,没有也可以)
      3        tablespoons butter 
      1        teaspoon     salt
      2        tablespoons  sugar
     3 1/4   cups          bread flour(超市有卖专门的面包粉,很好用)
      2      teaspoons  active dry yeast (发酵粉,不要买成baking soda)
      2/3       cup          raisins (也可用别的果料,比如杏干,需切碎)
     
      所有材料按以上顺序放进面包桶,发酵粉不可以接触到酸奶(或者水)。找好程序,PRESS START! 
        下次给大家介绍一个我做得最拿手的面包,嗯,大蒜奶酪面包,蒜蓉对面粉发酵有利,每次都发得很好,松松软软的,诱人哦^..^ 

     
    ps,tablespoon & teaspoon 是专用的量匙,我的是面包机配送的。市场上应该有卖的。
